Q: How long does it take to get my glasses?A: We have our own lab on premises so in some cases we can have your glasses ready in about an hour, or the same day. Depending on your prescription and lens options you choose, it could take longer.
Q: Can I use my own frame?
A: Yes but when using older frames there is always a risk that something could happen to it.
Q: If I use my own frame do I have to leave it?
A: No. We have our own lab here and can trace your frame and give it back to you while we process your lenses.
You can come back at your convenience and will just have to wait approximately 30 minutes for us to cut your lenses when you come back.
Q: Do you accept insurance?
A: We accept most major insurances. Some examples are Eyemed and Always Care.
Q: What are some of the frame lines you carry?
A: We have several designer lines including: Silhouette, John Barbados, Kate Spade, Carolina Herrera, Furla, Rayban, and we also have Titanium frames with Flexon memory.
Q: What is the latest technology that you offer in lenses?
A: We offer some of the most advanced and latest lens technology, including high definition digitally surfaced lenses that give you sharper and clearer vision with a wider field of view. We also offer the highest quality Crizal No Glare coating which is excellent for night driving and computer use. It also helps reduce eye fatigue.
